  1. The right of admission is reserved.
  2. All persons, including buyers, enter the auction venue at their own risk.
  3. The auctioneers, the seller, their agents and employees shall not be liable for any injuries, damages or losses of any nature whatsoever arising from any person’s attendance and/or participation in the auction.
  4. All persons together with their heirs, executors, administrators or assigns, hereby release the auctioneers, the seller, their agents and their employees and hold them harmless from any duty of care towards them and all claims which may otherwise have accrued to them whether or not any such claim may arise through the negligence of any person or from any of the risks, dangers or hazards occurring in the course of their association with the auctioneer and the seller.
  5. No children under the age of 12 years are allowed.
  6. Collections must be done within 72 hours after the auction, goods not collected after 72 hours will be charged storage fee @ R250.00 per day and / deemed NO SALE (Buyer forfeits the deposit).
  7. Buyers must arrange for their OWN transportation of goods bought at the auction.
  8. Our staff is NOT allowed to assist with handling or loading buyers goods bought at the auction.
  9. All goods must be paid before collection.
  10. Bidders cannot retract their bid after the hammer fallen.
  11. All bidders must adhere to COVID19 regulations prescribed by the RSA government.
  12. Wearing of masks is compulsory in these premises.
  13. Proof of residence( not older than 3months) and ID book is COMPULSORY for FICA requirements.
  14. Registration Fee: R1500.00 refundable.
  15. Buyer’s Commission: 10% plus VAT.
  16. Bidders must adhere to FICA requirements on registration. No cash will be accepted for the auction.
  17. Bidders must familiarize with all terms and conditions of sale attached as the finer details of all disclaimers are there – including any encroachments if applicable.
  18. NOTES: This auction is ‘With Reserve’. Although you may be the ‘High Bidder’ for a Lot, note that if the Reserve is not met, there is no commitment from the Seller to sell. The sellers shall be entitled to instruct the auctioneer to accept a lower bid. The Auctioneers reserve the right to refuse or accept the bid of any bidder should they be unable to satisfy any of the above notices or the Rules of Auction.
  19. Please note that if you are the successful bidder on more than one lot, you will be invoiced for all your successful bids. You cannot choose or select which lots you will take!
  20. MAX BIDDING: When you place your maximum bid, it will be placed at the reserve price if said max bid exceeds the reserve. If the Max Bid amount is below the reserve, the bid will be placed for the full amount. The ‘System’ will automatically bid against you at the set increment until reserve is met, at which point the system will stop. If you are the highest bidder, the lot will be sold to you, unless another bidder out bids you.
